Calendar
The calendar on the AVAC Website is based upon the Google Calendar functionality available with the AvilaValleyAC@gmail.com Google account.
To update that calendar:
- Log on the the Google account as user Avila ValleyAC – AvilaValleyAC@gmail.com.
- If the Calendar option is not showing, click on the grid icon to see the other Google applications available.

- Click on the Calendar icon. (It may not always be in the location shown.)

- Choose the appropriate Calendar view.

- Click on the desired date / time on the calendar view chosen. This will bring up a text entry window for the event.
- Fill in the appropriate information. To provide more details on the event, click on Edit event.

- Make sure you choose the correct Calendar from the Calendar drop down box. Some listings on the website may only show entries from particular calendar options.

- Click on the Save button to save the event to the calendar. The event should now show up on the calendar view and also on the website calendar.
