Calendar

The calendar on the AVAC Website is based upon the Google Calendar functionality available with the AvilaValleyAC@gmail.com Google account.

To update that calendar:

  1. Log on the the Google account as user Avila ValleyAC – AvilaValleyAC@gmail.com.
  2. If the Calendar option is not showing, click on the grid icon to see the other Google applications available.

  3. Click on the Calendar icon. (It may not always be in the location shown.)

  4.  Choose the appropriate Calendar view.

  5. Click on the desired date / time on the calendar view chosen.  This will bring up a text entry window for the event.

  6. Fill in the appropriate information.  To provide more details on the event, click on Edit event.

  7. Make sure you choose the correct Calendar from the Calendar drop down box.  Some listings on the website may only show entries from particular calendar options.

  8. Click on the Save button to save the event to the calendar.  The event should now show up on the calendar view and also on the website calendar.
